The event is organized by the Club Centro de Vuelo Pegalajar with the support of the Royal Spanish Aeronautical Federation, together with the Pegalajar City Council and the Provincial Council of Jaén. The team has extensive experience with high level events: 4 Spanish Championships, 1 Pre-PWC, 1 PWC, 1 European Paragliding Championship, and several National Leagues, as well as multiple rallies and Regional Leagues since 2002.
