The event is organized with the support of San Jorge Town Hall, Zenón Pereyra Town Hall, Tourism Secretary of the province of Santa Fe, Argentine Free Flight Federation (FAVL), Cordoba Association of Hang glider and Paragliding (ACAP), local Paragliding clubs, and Private Enterprise. The championship will be held at San Jorge Flying Club in San Jorge (Santa Fe), 30°53'13" S, 61°50'41" W. San Jorge is a city in the centre of the province of Santa Fe. It´s in the Pampa Region and it´s characterized by its fertile plains. It´s at about 90 metres above sea level. In May the temperature may vary from 15° to 25° C and at this time of the year the climate is quite stable. In the competition, pilots will take off using a tow winch. The pilots will be left at about 200 m high to do the approach circuit.
